Audio playback is glitching

I am not sure what is happening or how to describe it.  

This started happening halfway through the episode.  Both my audio and his were fine.  All of a sudden his started to drag and sound strange.  The wave lines are also a reflection.  I checked the speed there isn't anything different with it.  My audio was fine throughout.  

I am using Audition 23
