Audition 2024 ver. 24.4.1.3 interface not showing/loading

well silly me!....my Audition 2024 was minimized to the max for some reason it was at the very bottom out of sight...i somehow got it dragged back into view...Many thanks to all who offered a fix...it's working fine now....

you have a screenshot which shows files,favorites, editor mixer..i get NO interface whatsoever just a list of commands

the opening credit screen runs..but does not load the workspace (refer to screengrab)..i tried your suggestion and it did not work

You need to check the workspace Menu plase check the attached screen shot. Please share a screen recording of issue from your system.

its not a video driver update this machine im using is barely a year old..its a software isssue on Adobe's part...

thanks for your reply but sorry no it's not a "graphics driver update" this is a 1 year old machine  it's an up to date Apple macbook air..this is a software issue...

It might be worth checking to see if there's an updated video driver for your machine; it's possible that this is a display artefact.

thank you for your reply..your suggestion didnt work...the opening dialog box opens but there are no workspace panels..only a bar across the top aka File>Edit>Multitrack>Clip etc etc..like i said previously i can open Audition 2023 but not 2024 AFTER the recent update....

It looks like the workspace is not loading. Please try to reset it by clicking on the Windows Menu > Workspace > Reset to Saved Layout or switch to a different workspace.

if you still notice an issue, then try resetting the preferences.
