Batch process MP3 bitrate type resets every session

When batch processing to MP3 in the latest version, the bitrate type (VBR or CBR) in Export Settings resets every time. The spec I'm working to requires 192kbps CBR but this selection isn't remembered so I have to change it from "VBR high quality" every time which adds an annoying step to my workflow.
