Does Adobe seriously NOT do any QA before releasing an update???

Yes! This has happened multiple times randomly with multiple drivers. It just starts to occur randomly. I can't fathom how I'm paying so much for this software every month to have problems like this (NEVER SEEN) in literally ANY other software I have....

Have you checked to see if there's a video driver update for your machine? This is a common cause of things like this happening.
