Editor window jumps to top when I adjust the track height

Hi there,

Whenever I use option + scroll wheel to adjust the height of the tracks, the editor window jumps to the very top track as I adjust. This is challenging because it causes me to lose my place, and each time I have to scroll back down through 20+ tracks to get to where I was working. 

Running 23.3.0.55 on macOS 13.4
