Enabling Monitor input automatically after the start up

Hello, I use Adobe Audition to mix my microphone audio live, but when I start Audition with my preset recording is enabled, but Monitor input is toggled off. That makes problems, I didn't have this issue on the older versions. How can I do that? Thanks for help.

    It lags on low latency I wanted to say.

    The only solution that comes to my mind is downgrading, I didn't have this on the older version. The new version lags the same with some effects and doesn't have anything new anyway.
