Error, error and error, can not even load a file

Hi,

Reported several errors today, but wanted to see if anyone else is having this issue.

Load up mp4 = error.

If it does load, go to action or even just click on wave form = error

Re-installed and reboot, still = error

Tried different files = error

I have the DMP files, but won't allow me to attach 😄
