Glitches and bugs occurring during Track Recording in Audition

I'm having some recording issues with recording audio tracks in Audition while using either the multitracl mode or the single waveform track mode. For context, I am using a Yeti snowball mic with A Mac M1 Chip notebook laptop. See below audio for example.

Please share audio hardware preferences details and are did you notice same issue while recording from computer inbuild mic ?
