I cannot split documents. The left menu side is blank every time I hit “organize”

As of June 17th 2026, the tools and edit is not working 

I don’t receive an error but the menu bar is just blank 

sometimes it’ll come up, but when I hit “organize” the next screen is blank 

I’ve done all the things.  Updated, uninstalled, reinstalled.
