Large high-frequency noise after Merge Clips

It has already happened to me several times that after Merge clips in Multitrack mode randomly such problems occur:

In the sound it is a large high-frequency noise (here it even duplicated itself).
Such situations occur randomly, in different projects, with different effects. I have not found common parts except that it is so short that it is difficult to catch after export.

What could be the cause of this and how to avoid it?
