Mix down goes crazy in Audition with new upgrade to 25...

I have some presets for a multitrack...   i edit and its good... then i mixdown and get this

it sounds terrible... not sure why... Audition 24 does not do this, but the new update, 25 does... 

Ideas?

negative ghost rider... its been radio silence since i posted this
I also asked Music Radio Creative and nothing from Mike Russell's group
either
