New update and still no fix to the Center Channel Extractor effect

I've reported this bug almost a year ago and I've received several updates and this bug is still not addressed.

If you add the Center Channel Extractor effor to a track in a Multitrack, your custom changes won't be saved.

Even though you save your project, re-opening your project finds that the Center Channel Extractor effect has reverted back to its default settings.  My only recorse is to save my settings as a Preset and re-apply that preset each time I re-open the project.  That wouldn't be too bad but I have 12 tracks that use it and it's a pain to go through them to re-apply each of thier individual presets to them.
