Nomad Factory's e-Retrovox VST plugin in Audition 2024

Hi guys!

Brand new user and subscriber here on the Adobe suite so bare with me 🙂

I installed Audition 2024, bought and installed my e-Retrovox VST plugin, located in the proper directory for Audition to scan and detect but no luck. It won't show up on the list. 

Even if the plugin isn't working with Audition it would be listed but stated as not working..

Am I missing something? 

The installation is on a Macbook Air M2

Plugin is compatible with Apple Sillicon 

from the product page it says it runs on Apple Silicon with Rosetta.
