I just checked, and amp. stat. in Audition is still showing 15 digits past the decimal point for total RMS. When will the fix be showing in my subscription version? This is so cumbersome to copy and paste in a text document, then go back and forth to land on the -23 db that Amazon wants.

I agree! The numeric decimal places in amplitude statistics is showing 15 digits after the decimal, and you can’t even see the ones you want. It’s so cumbersome to have to copy and paste into a text document just to see the total RMS. This happened the same day of the most recent upgrade, 5 days ago. I tried to send a bug report, and it wouldn’t submit.

I also tried to send a bug report. Don’t know whether it made it into the system. ChatGPT suggested the workaround. Hope Adobe fixes this quickly. For me, Amplitude Statistics is a must have. I narrate and produce audiobooks and there are cheaper alternatives for my needs especially with Audacity 4 in the offing.

This must be the latest build. I had no trouble with the amp stats panel until very recently. Now we’re getting so many decimal places that the numbers that matter are hidden. For now Copy All and paste to a text file is the workaround I’m using.
