Offline media stays offline

Hi there,

I'm working on a Audition project, and one of the files simply stays offline. The file actually exists in the same place it always did. When I try to link the media, it processes it but when it's done processing it says "offline" again. It will not load.

What is happening and how can I fix this?

Files are stored locally.
