OMF export keeps failing

Hello,

I am unable to export a sesx multitrack session into an OMF file. Always fails and says 'unable to open a required file'.

I am editing multiple episode of an audio play and the 1st and 3rd episodes worked just fine but the 2nd is the one that refuses to work.

I tried exporting the OMF as referenced as well as encapsulated. All my files are located in the same folder on the same drive. I even split the project in half and tried exporting the first and then the second half and both failed as well.

Wonder what I am missing here.
