Opening an Audition v23 Multitrack with Audition v24 plays clips with timing shifted slightly

I'm auditing a 15 track Multitrack file I created last year using Audition v23.

When I playback the Multitrack file now, I can hear numerous glitches at cutting points. It looks like some of the clips are playing slightly delayed. Particularly those that I recorded in Audition. That's very odd.

Some of the clips are in the format 44100Hz, Stereo, 16 Bit, Waveform Audio 16-Bit Integer, others are 44100Hz, Stereo, 32 (Floating Point), Waveform Audio 32-Bit Floating Point (IEEE) or 44100Hz, Stereo, 32 (Floating Point), MP3 192 kBit/s.

What may be causing these glitches? Is my Multitrack file lost now, after updating Audition to v24?
