Plugin interfaces are blacked out when first opened

When opening various VST plugins (from UAD to FabFilter), the plugin interface screens are blank. Just black. If I close the plugin and re-open, they are normal. I can still execute the plugin from the blank screen, but obviously can’t adjust anything. This just started happening a week or so ago.

    Have you looked to see if there’s another video driver update for your machine? They seem to come thick and fast...

    Drivers are up-to-date! I haven’t manually updated drivers in quite some time and never had this plug-in problem on Audition before. So I’m inclined to believe this is a different issue.

    Chiming in to say I’m still having this issue after uploading video drivers. Many various plugins from different makers (all VST) load a blank screen first. If I close them and reopen, the full interface is visible.

    Sorry, Steve! I’m on a PC, using Adobe Audition CC. I just updated my Nvidia GeForce Driver and will see if that fixes the issues. Thank you for your quick help!

    You haven’t said whether this is on a Mac or a PC, but in either case, the first thing to check is whether your video driver is up to date. Some manufacturers (Nvidia...) update theirs almost weekly!
