Screen View Moving After Adding / Deleting Markers

I've recently come up against a bug I can't seem to fix through various setting changes. When I add a new play marker or delete an existing one, it moves the screen view to the beginning of the audio I'm editing. The playhead remains the same, but this then results in the screen view jumping back and forth every time I add a marker which makes for a very frustrating edit. 

I've reset to factory settings, and changed things like "return playhead to start position on stop" and various other playback settings, but have got stuck. 

Any help / support is much appreciated, video file is attached to show the error.
