The sound playing is intermittent

The  Audition version is 22.0.0.96

The os version is  Windows 11  Pro 22H2 

The mathine is  Legion R9000P ARX8

the problem is attachment of  video below.When play the any type of audio and using any out device like  RealteK(R) Audio headset/speaker the volume is change between low and norm aperiodicly.and the sound like using skill of Frame extraction.
