The status of the "Input Monitoring" box "I" in a Track doesn't get saved

The status of the "Input Monitoring" box "I" in a Track doesn't get saved.  It used to get saved with version 23, but now with version 24, whenever I reopen a session, the "I" box starts off unchecked.  I must manually check it every time I open my session.
