Two effects that crash Audition if they open onto an extended desktop (2nd monitor)

This is not reporting an issue in Audition (I don't think), this seems to be an issue with two VST3 plugins:

• TBTECH - Kirchhoff-EQ
• Fiedler Audio - Splat

These are the only two plugins I've found that have this issue.

If either effect are opened such that they are first drawn to an extended desktop monitor, it crashes Audition, everytime.

So, anytime I need to open either of them, I must first unplug my external monitor to ensure they are drawn to the primary display.  I can then plugin external monitor and then I can move either plugin onto that extended desktop without issue.

I'm posting this, not because I'm trying to find a solution but to provide this workaround for others who run into this issue.
