Weird Audition Bug when deleting Record

Since the new Version of Audition, theres a weird bug. If you Record an Audio file then try to delete everything and Mark everything, it doesn't show, that it has been deleted even though it was. I always have to delete like 90% and then the last 10% to be able to see the deletion. Its really confusing when recording, please Adobe try to fix this issue. 

Normally if I record, then mark everything and then delete, the normal red line occurs and shows the empty track directly.
