When closing Audition sometimes crashing Sonarworks

I run ProTools Studio for recording / mixing as well as utilize Adobe Audition for mastering (Isotope Suite) on a PC running Windows 11.

I also run Sonarworks on a systemwide setting as well as the ASIO Sonarworks setting in Audition.

The problem is intermittent where when exiting Audition, Sonarworks crashes, and I end up having to reboot the computer to get Sonarworks to run properly (a reboot of the program Sonarworks after said crash then runs wrong - so a system boot is necessary to correct the issue).  Not sure if the bug is on Audition's side or Sonarworks side.  It is problematic and hinders my work flow to a certain degree.

Anyone else running into this problem with a similar setup?
