Win: Audition only scans for .VST3 in Common Files

Hello,

On Windows, some of us install our Plugin Files & Data in a dedicated External Drive for speed and safekeep, instead of the default path.

Issue:
Audition looks only for .VST3 in C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3, and assumes the custom locations specified by the user only have VST2 (.dll) files.

Not sure what was the logic behind this decision, but that’s most likely an easy fix.
