P: CR/LrC/LrD: Sony files have a yellow/green tint

I updated to Lightroom 10.3 (from LR9.4), and when I did so the colors in my images changed and have taken on a green/yellow cast. The image on the left was exported from LR10 and the image on the right from LR9. Absolutely nothing changed in any of the settings. All of the images in my LR10 catalog now have a similar green/yellow tint. Has anyone experienced this and is there something I can do to fix it?

The change should just be WB related as I understand it. A subtle white balance adjustment should fix the image. If there are too many to adjust, rolling back is an option too.

Note: it only affects Sony files.

@Rikk , is it recommended that I roll back to 10.2 in the interim?

I had the same issue on Sony A7III files. No issue on Nikon files. Had to rollback LR, PS and camera raw. Please resolve this asap. Thank you.

Thanks, I've checked with the Camera Raw team and they have an issue filed for this.

I don't think it's a color management issue because the exact same file looks different. It's like the WB has shifted.

I can't really test it, though, because the color shift is between LR10 and LR9, and I only have LR10 installed now.

It is just as yellow/green when viewed as a smart object in PS.

The Photo app's in Windows may not be color managed.

View the image in LR's Develop module at 1:1 and compare the color in Photoshop at 100%. Do they match?

@andrew_rodney , yes, exported from a raw but after editing. Viewed in whatever the Photos app is on Windows (most up to date version). I don't have the export dialogue from the LR9 export, but this is what LR10 is and they are both exactly the same.

Here are both files:

From LR9

From LR10:

From Lightroom Classic: Select File and Right-click and choose Open as Smart Object.
