Dreamweaver 21.7 update crashes as soon as I open it

All previous solutions have unfortunately only been pseudo. DW crashes here 3-4 times a day. I doubt that anyone in support is even interested in the crash reports?

Actually, I take that back - it now randomly crashes every 30 minutes or so

After deleting my profile and rebooting my PC a couple of times it eventually stopped crashing.

I have the same problems with 21.7. Is it still open now?

I tried the suggestion of resetting my preferences - now, not only do I have a subscription to a piece of sofware that doesn't work, I've lost my preferences.
