Dreamweaver CC 2021 on Win 11 issues (Sharing violation and glitchy file explorer)

Hi, I've been attempting to fix Dreamweaver CC 2021 issues for a bit and I have been unable to find a permanent solution and was trying to figure out if this was a Dreamweaver issue, or an issue with Windows 11 as these started after upgrading.

I have been having issues trying to add a link to a file as it opens file explorer which then is VERY buggy and distorted. I am not sure if this has been resolved yet, but I am not sure how to fix that if it happens again as any fix I've tried is not permanent and issues arise again.

Another issue that definitely sounds more like an OS issue is the sharing violation error message that keeps popping up and is preventing saving to the website. Have tried to disable "Reopen documents on startup" but this just gets undone. This issue needs to be resolved as it is preventing work from being done but I am at my wit's end trying to find a permanent solution so any advice is appreciated. Thanks!
