Dreamweaver Version 21.x all not working in Windows 11 22H2

I have installed each of the Dreamweaver 21.x versions and all of them when you click OPEN show the spash screen and freeze. Only version 10.2.1 works.

My windows is the l11 is the latest version 22H2 Running on an X570 Creators Motherboard and using an AMD Ryzen 9 3950X 16 core processor. The build number for windows 11 is 10.0.22621 Build 22621

This problem has existed for over 8 months can you please fix it so that I can use the latest version. 8 months is a very long time to wait for a fix.
