Find and replace all bug

It's been a while I'm having issues to replace text in a html file and can't find a solution. When I use the "find and replace" function, it often replaces only a part of the wanted text and I have to relaunch to process, sometime several times, to replace all instances of the same text.

Has any of you experienced the same issue?

I'm using the up-to-date version of Dreamweaver (21.3), on a macOS Monterey but even with previous configurations, the issue occured.
