==========

Dreamweaver works best with files stored on the computer's primary hard drive, not networked or cloud drives.   During development, use local files.  At completion, move local site folder to your network.

Mac or Windows?

Does your Local site folder name contain any special characters ~ or spcaces?

What is the OAM filename?

Are the OAM files on a different drive or your primary HDD?  What OS (version)? Have you removed any special characters from the file name?

Also it is possible this may be a bug as the only reference I can find to this from a few years back suggested that this needed to be filed, but I don't see any notes of resolution to this: https://community.adobe.com/t5/dreamweaver-discussions/dreamweaver-bug-gt-given-file-name-or-path-contains-unicode-or-double-byte-characters-retry-using/m-p/9480987

How do I get to report a bug, I need to send an e-mail so that someone can answer.

Any ideas

Adobe has a bug form here ( https://www.adobe.com/products/wishform.html ) but this is not a method of contacting them for support with something that you need an answer on.  If you need help with a problem you can contact support ( https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html ) or you can post in these user-to-user forums.
