Shift + Enter malfunction 21.5, Windows 11 24H2

Hello!

I have a very annoying problem. When I start the program Shift + Enter (for line break) works, but after a while it does not. After restart of the programit it works again for a while.

Any suggestions to get rid of this?

More problems: Ctrl+Shift+Space does not work although it´s assigned to hard space.

Hello!

My site is very old, started in 2002, so there is a mix between htm- and html-files.

Now I noticed that Shift + Enter works once in in some html-files and several times in others, after it stopped working in the first file. In a htm-file it worked 10 times and then i stopped testing. Very Strange!

Thanks for VERY fast answer!

 

I made a reset and now it´s interesting to see what happens.

Thanks for writing to us. Please confirm if the issue is consistent on your windows machine, and if possible please share the workflow where we are observing this behaviour. Also, please confirm if you have tried resetting Dw app preferences and see if the issue occurs.
