Firefly video generation with Veo and Kling repeatedly fails to start or returns capacity/errors.

I am currently using the Adobe Firefly trial, but I am repeatedly experiencing serious problems with video generation.

Projects frequently fail to start, and I keep receiving error messages. I have already tried signing out and back in several times, refreshing the page, and retrying different models, but the issue continues.

This problem affects Veo, Kling, and even paid video models. In many cases, the generation process does not start at all.

I also wanted to test Kling 4.0, which is actively promoted on the Firefly homepage, but in practice it is almost impossible to access or use because of constant capacity and generation errors.

I am using the trial period specifically to evaluate whether Firefly is suitable for my workflow before committing to the service. Unfortunately, instead of being able to properly test the platform, I am spending a significant amount of my time dealing with technical errors and failed generations.

Please investigate these issues and improve the reliability and availability of the video generation models, especially Kling 4.0, Veo, and the other partner models.

A trial period should allow users to properly evaluate the service. At the moment, the constant errors are preventing me from doing that.

I would appreciate it if these issues could be addressed as soon as possible.
