Hello, my addon does not want to download assets

the fact is that when you press the "load" button, several seconds pass and instead of opening the archive selection browser, the inscription "Substance 3D in Blender: SRE Initialized successfully in [2.029] seconds"

 

is displayed I reinstalled the addon and tools, even installed different versions of the blender, but nothing works

Hi @артём_0184 , it looks like you asked this in another thread, so I will share the answer here for others with the issue:

It appears that you have an issue with wmic (Windows Management Instrumentation Command-Line).  This happens when wbem is not properly set in your Windows PATH environment variable.

If you are not familiar with editing the PATH variable, I recommend you follow along with a video or tutorial.
