beta version 30.0 refuses to download and install in the creative cloud desktop app

Keeps giving me these error messages..

For the record, the creative cloud app says version 30 "Works on this device"

Hello @Aurora98A2 Windows 11 Pro v22H2 is not supported for MAX release.

I'm having a similar problem. From the Apps screen, it tells me it's incompatible. Going into specifics, the message asks me for Windows 11 v23H2 or Windows 10 v22H2. However, when I check my operating system, I see that I already have Windows 11 Pro v22H2, so I'm confused...

Hello @NOELIA38191682z574 The team informed me that you are not on a supported OS for this MAX release. Please upgrade from Win 11 22H2, which is not a supported OS version anymore with the 30.0 release.

@MTSBob I completely uninstalled all the remnants and even then when I installed it again it didn't work.

@NOELIA38191682z574 #104 is working for me. I did to a full uninstall of the previous version prior to installing it.

I am also experiencing the issue and I have for about a week.  Same logs and same error message.
