Clicking on X/Y textboxes in "Transform" menu of SVG picture sets random values

I imported an SVG and tried to manually enter values for its X/Y position in the Transform menu. However, just clicking on one of the textboxes replaces the current coordinate with a large negative number, making the image go offscreen. The new number is also uneditable (resets when edited), meaning that undo is needed.

Edit: Seems like the same issue at https://community.adobe.com/t5/illustrator-on-the-web-beta-bugs/moving-objects-via-coordinate-system/idi-p/14582515 but my issue only affects some SVGs and not other file types.
