The adobe beta version is not saving every three minutes as advertised. I also know that I manually saved this document, but my four hours of work is gone after my page reloaded. This is the third time that this has happened to me which is basically unacceptable. If the program is going to erase all of my work every time I use it then this program is not for me. I am very unhappy with the beta version of Illustrator and beg that you come up a compatable version for the Windows Surface Book. The Beta version is inferior in every way, and I am sure other creators are just as frustrated with the poor usablilty, saveability and everything about the Beta version of Illustrator. It is terrible, worse than canva. And I hate canva. 

While I see all my shared files in projects in the adobe cloud and can see them in the web browser. I cannot open them in Illustrator. Does not matter how many times I restart my computer or sign in/sign out. The files do not appear.

I am not able to open TIF files via the place button on Web Illustrator. 

Several times. when trying to type Transform x y bugs and puts in a huge negitive number you can't override. Saving and re-opening doesn't help. 

I just purchased creative cloud pro so that I can use the illustrator web version for one of my classes and it is not letting me save. Every time I try it's telling me to pay for it, but I already purchased it. This is extremely frustrating because I need to save this for my class. This is the second time I've had to do the assignment because the Illustrator Web version deleted it all the first time. This is a horrible bug that needs to be fixed ASAP.

Windows 11  Web version of Illustrator Upload EPS Share button is greyed out so I can't export as .jpg which is main thing I need Illustrator for.  Tried logging out - and making sure I was logged out on my other computer. Share button still doesn't work Settings Export as or Save also not working.  Unable to download desktop version. 

I have noticed that when looking to enter the x axis value under the transform menu, whatever number is there will autofill to -227. When i try an erase this number and enter another number, nothing happens, i just get stuck with -227. I have to do Undo to a few times to get back to where i was.

Im ubale to find truntable feature in illustrator beta or illustrator itself 

I can't click out of isolatin mode in my project in Illustrator web (beta) version. Even when I close my browser and open new tabs, it still remains in isolation mode and does not allow me to edit my work. When right cliking in an empty space, no options to exit isolatin mode pops up. Very frustrating becaues my project has a deadline and I would much rather not have to start over. 

Exporting the artboards and they are larger than what is shown on my editing screen. I tried to export multiple different file formats where the bleed is over the edge of the artboard and there is still white around my image.

Combine Shapes Select Multiple Overlayered Object -> Combine All (using toolbar panel) Instead of combining to be one object, it becomes grouped.   2. Zoom Out Too much zoom out after goin on detail. my artboard is 118.11 in x 49.213 in. I zoomed in to 100% range, then i ctrl+scroll-down, it zoomed out to 3.13% range.   3. Clipping Mask It really hard to do if i cant combined the multiple objects. It can only do well with 1 object as the mask. It also didnt have the feature to invert the clipping mask.   Thank you.

I have been stuck in isolation mode and cannot exit it. It is extremely frustrating. I miss the desktop version and I hate the web verison, there are so many issues with it. I have tried looking up all of the solutions and nothing is helping. There is no way to exit it.

The Direct Section tool has stopped working. I can't click on and edit one point. 

"Apply Profile" has always worked with no issues until last week. Now when I apply a profile to my document the spot colors are shifting in color. It there a fix for this?

Hello,   I have been using Illustrator recently in my site. But my site server went down sometimes. I installed some plugins like cache clear plugins. As this is the beta I know there are some bugs to be seen. I have found that if I try to work quickly on the program it crashes and I have to close the program and reopen it. I had to do this several times in the span of two hours.

Copy and paste does not work in illustrator web.Additionally, if the function isnt there entirely, I'd like to be able to have two tabs open with differnet illustrator projects, and be able to copy and paste between them.Thank you!

On the left is the original svg export. The image on the right is what Illustrator for Web exported. The blue line is offset from the background image and the edges of the bottom pointing stroke are rough. The bottom of the heart is no longer a smooth curve.  

As the title suggests, I am using Illustrator Beta (web version). Using the Web version for the first time. It keeps crashing all the time. Also, it is never saving or allowing me to export. On the top area (where the file name is located), it shows the error "File Error: Sorry something went wrong". I have been experiencing the issue for almost 24 hours now. Can anyone help?

ridiculous that im paying full price for a version that has limited capabilities and constantly crashes. when will the desktop version be available for the Snapdragon processor? 

I cannot export a SVG. The file is attached. I tried on the beta web application after trying on the app for iPad. This error page pops up when I try to open: This page contains the following errors: error on line 4 at column 80: Attribute xmlns:xlink redefined Below is a rendering of the page up to the first error.  

I created an Adobe Illustrator file on a computer and saved it to the Adobe Cloud. I can open that file just fine on a different computer. But if I create a file on that computer and save it to the Adobe Cloud, it says I'm not the owner when I try opening it on the first computer. Both computers are signed into the same Adobe account.

Did anyone ever figure out if the beta will ever work on the Chrome OS (on a Chromebook) again? We keep getting the "Unsupported Browser" error and I'd really like to use it for my high school kids in design class this fall. We start in a week. (I'm a teacher).
