Illustrator Web Version Not Letting Me Save

I just purchased creative cloud pro so that I can use the illustrator web version for one of my classes and it is not letting me save. Every time I try it's telling me to pay for it, but I already purchased it. This is extremely frustrating because I need to save this for my class. This is the second time I've had to do the assignment because the Illustrator Web version deleted it all the first time. This is a horrible bug that needs to be fixed ASAP.

    Thanks for reaching out. Could you try signing out of your account and then signing back in using the same email address while choosing Personal Profile during the sign-in process to see if it helps?
