Illustrator Beta Not Exporting or Saving

As the title suggests, I am using Illustrator Beta (web version). Using the Web version for the first time. It keeps crashing all the time. Also, it is never saving or allowing me to export. On the top area (where the file name is located), it shows the error "File Error: Sorry something went wrong".

I have been experiencing the issue for almost 24 hours now.

Can anyone help?

Could you share more details, like the version of the OS/Browser installed, if you have any browser plugins/externsions installed and enabled, and if this happens when working on a particular file or using a specific feature/tool, so I can better assist you?
