Share button is greyed out

Windows 11 

Web version of Illustrator

  1. Upload EPS
  2. Share button is greyed out so I can't export as .jpg which is main thing I need Illustrator for. 
  3. Tried logging out - and making sure I was logged out on my other computer.
  4. Share button still doesn't work
  5. Settings Export as or Save also not working. 
  6. Unable to download desktop version.

    Hi @webswan, I'm unable to replicate this. Could you please share a screenshot? If possible, also include your layers panel in the screenshot. Was the EPS file created using Adobe Illustrator?
