Crash Error

Using Illustrator on the web crashes often with me. Sometimes I want to add effects or just using other tools and suddenly I get a an Error on my page where I have to refresh it or close it. I don't think it's because of my system, because I have all the requirements. Everything is up to date with me (browser, adobe, windows etc...).

    Sorry to see you're dealing with these crashes! Are you still running into them?
    When these crashes occur do you have a lot of other browser tabs open or other programs running in the background? And final question, how complex are the files that you're working with when these crashes occur?
