Export to png doesn't work

Hello. Asus Vivobook S15 here, first timer on web version of Illustrator, decade-long user on the app. 
I want to report a bug, when I hit <export as>, and choose my options (transparency, png, I left 1x and tried all options for artboard just to make sure), I hit the export blue button on top right, and it seems unresponsive. Doesn't export, or ask me for a destination folder. 
Is it a bug? Or do I miss something?
