Illustrator for Web(beta) not recognizing my all apps CC subscription

Photoshop for Web works fine for me, but the Illustrator Web is only allowing view access when I open a file. It claims I need an Illustrator subscription, but I feel that should already include my annual CC subscription. Is anyone else experienceing this issue? Is there anything I should do from here to help activate it for my account?
