Not allowing me to save or export

Hello, I am not able to save or export my file, and when I refresh the page all my work is lost. My internet connection is good so that's not the issue. Please help!

    We are sorry to hear you are unable to save or export your file. Does that happen with all files or with a specific file? Have you tried switching to a different internet connection to see if it works or not?
