When only in one tab, it won't let me access.

When in the application, it won't let me access my download stating that "someone else is viewing the document" which isn't the case. I only have one tab open with illustrator so I don't know how to fix this. I have tried going out and back in multiple times over the course of multiple hours.

    Hello @Exquisite_worldview2292,

    Are you still having this problem when using Illustrator on the Web? If yes, try moving the file to a different folder and then adding them to Illustrator to see if it helps. Also try using a different web browser and share your observations.
