AI models fail to download

I am using Lightroom Classic 15.6, it prompts me to download AI models. The progress bar shows 100% but when I use AI Edit Update it says (in a red banner) that AI models failed to download and I should try again. I have restarted LR and downloaded the AI models again. 

The problem remains.
