Have you tried to disable it in Preferences > Performance?

The LogiOptions plugin has been known to cause issues in the past (mainly extremely long startup times), so try to disable it.
Since you also have the Logi Plugin installed, you may not need LogiOptions.

If that doesn’t help, try to disable all your plugins. If that makes a difference, enable them one by one until you find the culprit.

I use A Nikon D810 camera , usually I convert 1st the RAW file in DNG directly in LR and after I merge them .
