Incorrect Filenames when renaming based on date/time during therein

This is my post from nine years ago:  

It’s STILL an issue  after the full rewrite of the plugin.  How de we get this addressed?  Capture One and Canon’s EOS Utility get this right.  Lightroom Classic does not. I’m using an EOSr5 in an M3 MacBookPro running 26.5.1
