Hi @JoseluBilbo, Thanks for reaching out to the Lightroom Classic community forum! Most likely, your storage is being used by Lightroom synced photos, which don't show up in Creative Cloud Desktop. Let's try a few things to see if we can figure out where the Cloud storage is going.

    • Check your local Creative Cloud Files folder:

      • For Windows: C:\Users\<Username>\Creative Cloud Files

      • For MacOS: Mac HD/Users/<Username>/Creative Cloud Files

    • Go to https://adobe.ly/4yy33n8 — see how many photos are synced there.

    • Check https://adobe.ly/4zo9ycd → Deleted folder — files there still count toward your quota.

    • Review your storage breakdown at https://adobe.ly/4dvaHGB.

    • Delete anything you no longer need and empty the Deleted folder to free up space.

Let us know what you find. I hope this helps! ^CH

    Hi Claire

     C:\Users\<Username>\Creative Cloud Files > 370 MB (388.370.757 bytes)

    https://adobe.ly/4yy33n8 >

    https://adobe.ly/4zo9ycd → Deleted folder
