P: Comma assigned to both Show Filter Bar and Decrease Rating in Norwegian

In LR 11.5 Norwegian (nb_NO), comma (,) is assigned to both Show Filter Bar and Decrease Rating. When a photo is selected, Comma invokes Decrease Rating, otherwise it invokes Show Filter Bar.
